Refund Policy
NuvaKeys (operated by ASCEND SOFTWARE LLC) sells digital creative services — app demo videos, explainer videos, infographic design and social media creative packs. Nothing physical is shipped: every order is delivered digitally by email or download link.
How refunds work for custom digital work
- Before work has started: you can cancel for a full refund, no questions asked. Just contact us with your order number.
- After work has started but before the first draft: we refund 50% of the order value, reflecting the time already invested.
- After the first draft is delivered: the order is no longer refundable. Instead, every package includes revision rounds — we will keep adjusting within the package scope until the deliverable matches the brief.
- Non-delivery: if we fail to deliver your order within the published timeframe plus 7 business days, and it is not caused by missing input from your side, you are entitled to a full refund.
Because this is custom work
By placing an order for custom digital services, you expressly agree that production begins promptly after your brief is received, and you acknowledge that once performance has begun, any statutory withdrawal right that may apply to digital services is waived to the extent permitted by law.
How to request a refund
Email contact@nuvakeys.com with your order number. Refund requests are answered within 48 hours and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you believe something went wrong with your order, please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we resolve almost every issue faster than a chargeback does.
