Terms of Service

These Terms govern all purchases made on nuvakeys.com, operated by ASCEND SOFTWARE LLC, doing business as NuvaKeys ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

We provide digital creative services: app demo videos, explainer videos, infographic design and social media creative packs. All deliverables are digital files delivered by email or download link. Nothing is shipped physically.

2. Briefs and client input

After checkout you will receive a short brief form. Delivery timelines start when we receive a complete brief and any required assets. Delays in providing input extend delivery dates accordingly.

3. Delivery and revisions

Published delivery times (e.g. 3–5 business days, 1–2 weeks) are estimates for standard scope. Each package includes the revision rounds described on its product page; revisions must stay within the original brief's scope. Additional scope is quoted separately.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. You confirm that any assets you provide (logos, footage, screenshots) are yours to use, and you indemnify us against third-party claims arising from assets you supply.

5. Acceptable use

We refuse projects that promote illegal activity, infringe third-party rights, or contain deceptive or harmful content. We may cancel and refund such orders at our discretion.

6. Payments

Prices are in USD. Payment is due in full at checkout through the payment methods shown. Refunds are handled exclusively under our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how deliverables perform commercially.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kentucky, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
