Terms of service

These Terms govern all purchases made on nuvakeys.com, operated by ASCEND SOFTWARE LLC, doing business as NuvaKeys ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

We are an independent reseller of genuine software licences and activation keys for Microsoft Office. All products are digital and delivered by email. Nothing is shipped physically. NuvaKeys is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Delivery

Orders are delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout, normally within minutes of payment confirmation and always within 12 hours. Each delivery includes the activation key(s), an official download link and installation instructions. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check your spam folder.

3. Licenses

Every licence we sell is perpetual: a one-time purchase with no subscription and no recurring fee. Each licence is valid for the number of devices stated on the product page. The platform (Windows PC or Mac), device limit and system requirements are stated on each product page.

4. Activation guarantee

Every key is guaranteed to activate through the software publisher's official activation process. If a key fails to activate, we replace it free of charge or refund you in full, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Keys are sold for end-user activation only. Bulk purchases for resale require our prior written approval. We may cancel and refund orders that show signs of fraud or abuse.

6. Payments and pricing

Prices are in USD and include the license as described. Payment is due in full at checkout through the secure payment methods shown.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss — always back up your data before installing software.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
